Williams College Dormitory

The interior architecture of this project was intended to “warm up” the handsome but forboding lobby and public spaces of this large dormitory facility. Custom wood ceiling panels and column surrounds not only gave scale and texture to the concrete structure, but also enhanced the acoustical properties of the spaces. As well as the addition of natural wood throughout, we also installed a slate floor, and information kiosks throughout the area.
